B2B lead generation that your sales team can close

Lead generation is only useful if what it generates turns into proposals. Lets Elevate runs outbound B2B lead generation for UK businesses as one sequence - list built to your ideal customer, email first, call second, every opportunity qualified against criteria agreed with you - so what reaches your sales team is a conversation already in progress, not a name.

How a campaign is built

Discovery. Before anything is sent, we agree who you want to reach and what a good opportunity looks like - company profile, decision-maker roles, the need or trigger, the timescale, the exclusions. That agreement becomes the qualification standard for the whole campaign.

The list. We build the target list to that profile and enrich it: verified direct emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles. On our commercial solar campaign the profile ran to electricity consumption, roof space, sector, geography and role, and reached managing directors, operations and finance directors and facilities managers. A list that specific is most of the work.

Email first. A short, personalised sequence on the subjects your buyer actually thinks about. In solar that was cost reduction, energy price protection, ESG obligations, return on investment and power purchase agreements. The email does not ask for a meeting. It earns the call.

Then the call. UK-based callers phone the accounts the email has reached. The conversation is about the buyer's situation - in solar: their energy challenges, site suitability, existing infrastructure, decision timelines - and it is qualified against the agreed criteria before anything is booked.

Handover. Each qualified opportunity reaches your team with the full context: who, why now, what was said, what happens next. Prospects who are not ready yet go into structured follow-up rather than being dropped.

Optimisation. Messaging, list and timing are refined on what the data shows, campaign by campaign, month by month. Our IT campaign ran for twelve months, the automation campaign for nine, and the commercial solar programme has sustained qualified appointments for more than eighteen.

What it produced

  • Commercial solar provider - 18+ months, ongoing

12x return on investment. Multiple six-figure projects into pipeline. Consistent qualified appointments matched to the agreed profile

  • UK technology business - 12 months

127+ qualified appointments. £3.8m+ of sales pipeline. 72% of appointments went to proposal. 50x+ return on converted revenue

  • Industrial automation firm - 9 months

Opportunities opened at enterprise scale. The client reports the resulting wins filled its delivery capacity for the following two years

The 72% is the number we would ask you to look at hardest. An agency that books meetings is easy to find. An agency whose meetings go to proposal three times out of four is telling you something about how it qualifies.

What we will not do

We do not run B2C campaigns. We do not read scripts. We do not sell by the dial or by the hour of calling, because that pays us for activity rather than for opportunities. We do not use offshore calling rooms; our callers are in the UK. And we do not tell you a campaign will work in your sector if our experience says it will not - we would rather lose the engagement than run it badly.

Where we have done this before

Energy and renewables, IT and technology, manufacturing and engineering, facilities management and commercial services, recruitment, construction and building products, plant and machinery, financial and professional services, property, payments, aviation, media and subscriptions. Three sectors have a published case study today and their own pages; the others are described on request, with the client's permission.

How opportunities are qualified

Every campaign runs against a written set of criteria we agree with you first. That agreement, and what happens when an opportunity falls outside it, is the Lets Elevate Quality Commitment.

FAQ

Questions

What is B2B lead generation?

B2B lead generation is the work of finding businesses that fit a company's ideal customer profile, reaching the right decision-maker, and creating a qualified sales opportunity - usually a booked meeting - for the company's own sales team to take forward. At Lets Elevate it is done by email first and phone second, against criteria agreed with each client.

How long does it take to get started?

Two to four weeks from first conversation to the first email going out, most of which is discovery and list building.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Our clients are B2B businesses of all sizes, including SMEs. What matters is that your average contract value supports an outbound programme, and we will tell you if it does not.

Where are your callers based?

In the UK. We do not use offshore calling rooms.

Do you run campaigns outside the UK?

Yes. Campaigns run into the UK and internationally.

Tell us who you want to reach and what a good opportunity looks like for you. We will tell you honestly whether outbound will get you there, and what the first ninety days would look like.
