A UK B2B lead generation agency that emails before it calls
Most outbound agencies sell dials. Lets Elevate sells the conversation that happens when the person answering already knows why you are calling. We build the list to your ideal customer, send the email first, make the call second, and qualify every opportunity against criteria we agree with you - not a definition we wrote for everyone.
- B2B only
- UK-based callers
- UK and international campaigns
- Based in Hampshire, UK
- Trading since 2025
- Lets Elevate Ltd, incorporated January 2026
- Company number 16997386
The numbers, and where they come from
- 82% Client retention Clients who continued or expanded with us after their initial agreed engagement
- £6.4m+ Business won by our clients Value clients have reported winning from opportunities we generated. Their revenue, not ours
- 90% Appointments that go ahead Historical average across campaigns to date. Around one in ten is cancelled or rescheduled
- 1 in 2.8 Opportunities that become customers Historical average of qualified opportunities converting to closed business for the client. Varies by sector and by your own sales process
These are averages across our campaign history, stated so you can hold us to them. None is a guarantee, and we will tell you at the start where your sector or proposition is likely to land against them.
Why the email goes first
A call into a cold list is a request for attention from someone who has never heard of you. A call that follows an email you sent three days ago is a follow-up. The difference shows up in three places: more decision-makers take the call, the conversation starts on the subject rather than on who you are, and the appointments that come out of it are with people who chose to keep talking.
That sequence - profile the account, write to it, then phone it - is how every campaign on this site was run, and it is why 72% of the appointments on our largest one went on to a proposal. The Engage rung explains it in detail.

- 01 profile the account
- 02 write to it
- 03 then phone it

Five Rungs
Generating an opportunity is the second stage of five, not the whole job. Five Rungs is how we look at the commercial journey end to end - Attract, Engage, Convert, Retain, Grow - so that the work we do for you at one stage does not leak away at the next. It is why we describe ourselves as a sales consultancy as well as a lead generation agency.
Read Five Rungs in full- Rung one: Attract the right companies can find you, and recognise themselves
- Rung two: Engage email first, then the call, into a list built to your profile
- Rung three: Convert qualified opportunities, handed over with everything your sales team needs
- Rung four: Retain the first project becomes the second
- Rung five: Grow more from the clients you already have

Three campaigns, in numbers
-
12x Commercial solar 12x return on investment. Multiple six-figure projects into pipeline. Qualified appointments sustained beyond eighteen months. -
127+ IT and technology 127+ qualified appointments in twelve months. £3.8m+ of pipeline. 72% of appointments went to proposal. -
Nine months Industrial automation Nine months. Enterprise-scale opportunities, built for commercial value rather than appointment volume.
All three campaign clients are named on their case study pages by sector rather than by company, at their request.
What a qualified opportunity means here
There is no universal definition of a good appointment, because your business is not universal. Before a campaign starts we agree with you, in writing, what a qualified opportunity looks like - the company profile, the role, the need, the timescale, the next step - and we hold every opportunity we hand over to that list. If one falls outside it, we review it with you and put it right.

Who you will be working with
Lets Elevate was founded by Leah Marlow and Lewis Hickish, who have worked in B2B outbound since 2012 - first as a caller and a new-business salesperson, then as the Operations Director and Sales Director of the same senior team. One of them has spent a career winning business; the other has spent a career delivering on it. That is the whole idea behind the company.
